These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GFW (GymFlow Web), operated by TeqBooster.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GFW, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Platform

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not share your account with unauthorized users

3. Member Data

Gym owners are responsible for ensuring they have obtained proper consent from members before entering their data into GFW.

4. Payment & Subscription

GFW subscription fees are agreed upon directly between the gym owner and TeqBooster. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Data will be deleted within 30 days of termination.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
